Continental Building Systems began renovating 280,000 sq. ft. of office space to accommodate the international law firm of K&L Gates. The space will spread across 14-stories in the 37-story One Oliver Plaza in downtown Pittsburgh and will require meticulous attention to detail to transfer the specific design intentions into a vibrant working environment supporting the company’s global image.
