Continental Building Systems recently completed their duties as the Owner Representative for the development of Dick's Sporting Goods Corporate Headquarters Campus Expansion.
Phase I of Dick's Sporting Goods new corporate campus is a 670,000 sq. ft., 125 million dollar complex with plans to expand to 2 million sq. ft. In addition to merchandising rooms, executive offices, and staff workplaces, the headquarters includes a complete athletic facility, auditorium, employee cafe, airstrip and hangar for the corporate jet. An existing ravine's steep drop is preserved in a water feature that tumbles down several stories to the level of the streambed.
