CBS Selected by NetJets

Continental Building Systems was recently selected as the Owner Representative for the development of NetJets Corporate Campus Expansion.

NetJets, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, will invest $200 million to create a world-class training and Owner Services support facility in Columbus, OH. The initial phase of the project will include:

  • Develop/improve a 68 acre Site
  • Construct a new 352,000 sf Corporate Headquarters Facility
  • Construct a new 214,000 sf Flight Safety International Flight Simulator Building
  • Renovate 100,000 sf of existing offices

Additionally, NetJets will seek LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council as part of their Corporate Environmental Stewardship.
