Kingsdale Center - Phase I Expansion & Renovations Underway

Phase II

CBS has started renovations to the former Giant Eagle store into 40,000 sq. ft. of Retail space.  Also included in Phase II is the redevelopment of six acres consisting of sitework and new utility extensions.

Additionally, two new Class "A" Office buildings totaling 100,000 sq. ft. will become part of the Kingsdale Center redevelopment.

Phase I

Phase I of the complete renovation of the Kingsdale Center in Upper Arlington, OH has been completed.  It included two existing Retail buildings totaling 100,000 sq. ft. with the buildings remaining occupied and open with Tenants throughout the renovation phase.  Also included was the new construction of an additional 22,000 sq. ft. of Retail space.

Complete land and site improvements are taking place throughout the entire 21.7 acres.  The shopping center remains open for business during all site and building improvements which has created the challenging task of working around the daily shoppers.

The highlight of the renovated center is a new 121,500 sq. ft. Giant Eagle Market District grocery store.  Giant Eagle is debuting their Market District concept in Ohio with this store.  It will specialize in organic foods, feature a restaurant and guarantees to be the most extradordinary grocery store in Ohio.
