Springhill Suites Underway

CBS has just started a new Springhill Suites in Latrobe, PA.

This project is a 4-story, 70,943 sq. ft. 109 bed facility located near the Latrobe Country Club, home of Arnold Palmer, in Latrobe, PA.  This project is slated to open in February 2012.
