Renovations of 100,000 sq. ft. in two existing Retail buildings while they remained occupied and open for business.  Additions of 22,000 sq. ft. of Retail space.

Addition of a 121,500 sq. ft. Giant Eagle Market District grocery store to specialize in organic goods and includes a restaurant.

Phase II will include the renovation of an additional 17,000 sq. ft. of Retail space and the addition of two new Office buildings totaling 100,000 sq. ft.
